Income Tax Amnesty Scheme – Extended Deadline

Following the one month extension of the 16th November 2009 deadline for the submission of pending income tax returns for the years of assessment 2002 to 2008 (being one of the conditions to be satisfied in order to benefit from the amnesty scheme introduced in September), the 16th December 2009 extended deadline is now also applicable to manual income tax returns for the years of assessment 1999 to 2001.
